Check out the horses we have available in our sale barn below. Any horses we have for sale will be
offered at reasonable prices to loving, approved homes, in most cases prior horse experience a
must. Our main goal is to find the perfect home for each horse and matching the right person with
the right horse is very important. Unless otherwise noted all of our horses offered for sale are up to
date on all vaccinations, dental, worming and hoof care. Feel free to text, email or call if you have

cell number and email address. Other horses may be available, show incentives, gelding discounts
and payment plans are available too. We are always looking for new quality bloodlines if you have a
broodmare under 8yrs old or filly and are interested in making a trade or partial trade. Mare must be
AMHA or AMHA/AMHR, be under 32" tall, healthy, up to date on hoof care and sound for breeding.
Redbud Mini Ranch reserves the right to refuse any sale and prices &/or terms are subject to change without notice. A proper
match is very important to us, and we take time and care to help you find a horse to fit your budget, experience level and
individual goals. You must be at least 18 yrs of age to purchase one of our horses. International inquires are welcomed.

Unless stated otherwise, all horses offered for sale are AMHA or AMHA/AMHR registered, are healthy and sound and are
current on farrier, wormings and vaccines. All mares bred by us will sell with a live foal guarantee, which is clearly stated in our
sales contract.

We recommend that all animals be inspected and viewed before purchase. As all animals are sold AS IS. I encourage
prospective buyers to have a pre-purchase health examination performed by their veterinarian of choice.  If you do not have a
vet in mind, I can refer you to a experienced equine veterinarian in my area. At this time we give no warranties regarding
health, height, color, suitability for intended use, fertility or any other guarantees what-so-ever...actual or implied.

Cost of any veterinary services or Coggins testing is born by the buyer. We take no liability what-so-ever for a horse once the
sales process has begun.

Prices may be negotiable and payments may be accepted under certain conditions when references are provided.
Deposits/Payments can be made through Wal- Mart’s “green dot money pak” cards, a small fee is charged for this service
which is the responsibility of the buyer.

A deposit is required to hold a horse and must be received within 5 days of agreement of sale/purchase. Additional time is
available for overseas buyers. No horse will be considered sold without a deposit. In order to hold or purchase an animal on a
payment plan 25% of the asking price is required for a deposit. All deposits/payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

In most cases payment in full is required before the horse leaves the premises. Most horses can be boarded at our ranch, at
minimal or no charge, until paid in full and/or transportation services are arranged. All animals must be picked up based on
date set by the seller or additional charges will incur for boarding as well as deposit may be forfeited. All horses will be given a
halter and lead line upon pick up.

Any deposit or payment sent on any horse is acknowledgment and agreement to above terms from buyer.

The ranch is not easily accessible by large trailers or semi-haulers, but we can meet you or your carrier in a nearby secure
location to transfer horses from our smaller mini hauler. We can deliver to most locations in California and it’s bordering states
for an additional fee. Unless otherwise noted, transportation must be provided by and be at the expense of buyer. We
recommend that all horses be shipped with an insured carrier.
