REDBUD MINI RANCH
Redbud Mini Ranch reserves the right to refuse any sale. Prices &/or terms are subject to change without notice. A proper match is very important to us, and we take time and care to help you find a horse to fit your budget, experience level and individual goals.

You must be at least 18 yrs of age to purchase one of our horses. Sometimes farrier &/or vet references are required for purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, all horses offered for sale are AMHA or AMHA/AMHR registered and to the best of our knowledge are healthy, sound and are current on farrier, wormings and vaccines. We recommend that all animals be inspected and viewed before purchase. As all animals are sold AS IS. I encourage prospective buyers to have a pre-purchase health examination performed by their veterinarian of choice.  If you do not have a vet in mind, I can refer you to a experienced equine veterinarian in my area. Cost of any transportation, veterinary services, heath certificate or Coggins testing is born by the buyer.

Prices may be negotiable and payments may be accepted under certain conditions when references are provided. Payments can be made through PayPal, thru a Wal- Mart-2-WalMart money transfer, or a MoneyGram..... a small fee is charged for most of these services which is the responsibility of the buyer. We will also accept postal money orders or we can email an invoice that can be paid with a debit/credit card.
A deposit is required to hold a horse and must be received within 5 days of agreement of sale/purchase. No horse will be considered sold without a deposit. In order to hold or purchase an animal on a payment plan 25%-50% of the asking price is required for a deposit. All deposits/payments are NON-REFUNDABLE if you change your mind.
We take no liability what-so-ever for a horse once the sales process has begun. At this time we give no warranties regarding health, height, color, suitability for intended use, fertility or any other guarantees what-so-ever...actual or implied.
In most cases payment in full is required before the horse leaves the premises. Most horses can be boarded at our ranch, at minimal or no charge, until paid in full and/or transportation services are arranged. All animals must be picked up based on date set by the seller or additional charges will incur for boarding as well as deposit may be forfeited. Per California state law.....All horses will be given a halter and lead line upon pick up.

Any deposit sent on any horse is acknowledgment and agreement to above terms from buyer and a sales contract is required in most cases.

DELIVERY & LOCATION ACCESS: The ranch is not easily accessible by large trailers or semi-haulers, but for cost of fuel in most cases, we can meet you or your carrier in a nearby secure location to transfer horses from our smaller mini hauler. We can sometimes deliver to most locations in California and it’s bordering states for an additional fee. We recommend that all horses be shipped with a licensed & insured carrier.
